The title of Fellow of the Global Association for Research and Innovation (FeGARI) is the highest distinction awarded by the Association. It is reserved for individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary achievements and made outstanding contributions to the advancement of research, innovation, or leadership in their field. This prestigious recognition is granted following a rigorous review by national and international experts, in accordance with the standards outlined in the GARI Bylaws.
The Fellow of GARI distinction honors individuals who have demonstrated exceptional, outstanding, and sustained contributions to advancing research, innovation, and leadership within their field. This is GARI’s most prestigious recognition, awarded to global change-makers and thought leaders.
To qualify for nomination as a Fellow, the candidate must:

✔ Hold a significant record of internationally recognized research, innovation, or global impact.
✔ Show leadership in shaping research or industry practices, including but not limited to publications, patents, inventions, or policy influence.

Bio: Dr. Marta Galindo is an Academic Professional in the Department of World Languages & Cultures and the Director of the Center for International Resources & Collaborative Language Engagement (CIRCLE). She holds a Ph.D. in Second Language Studies with an emphasis in Applied Linguistics, an M.A. and a B.A. in Spanish, and a B.A. in Communications.Her research interests include the linguistic landscape, the economics of language, multilingualism, sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, and second language studies, which combine with her passion for technology, and the use of language learning technology to assist students in their acquisition of second language skills and language faculty in providing meaningful and engaging instruction to their students.
Bio: Brian Hibbs, Ph.D., is a full professor of education at Dalton State College who regularly teaches courses in applied linguistics, TESOL methodology, and culture and education designed to prepare pre-service elementary-education teachers to work effectively with multilingual learners of English in their own instructional contexts. From 2017-2020, Dr. Hibbs served as the director of the University System of Georgia’s USG Goes Global Madrid program. During the same period, he also served as chair for the High-Impact Practices Implementation Team at Dalton State College. He has also presented and published on a wide array of topics, including autoethnography, children’s and adolescent literature, critical language awareness, dialectical variation, faculty development, funds of knowledge/identity, intercultural competence, language ideologies, research cultures, social-emotional learning, teacher research, and translanguaging

Bio: Professor Matthew Arhewoh holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology (2012) and Fellowship of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists (2015). Has supervised several PhD, MSc and undergraduate students. He was a Visiting Associate Professor to the Faculty of Pharmacy, Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, where he served as the Acting Dean of the Faculty (2016-2018) and was Rector, Lighthouse Polytechnic (2021–2023).He is Consultant Production Pharmacist, Mojeaga Herbal Remedies International and Editor, Tropical Journal of Pharmaceutical Research. He was visiting Ph.D. student at the University of Napoli, Italy and attended training in microencapsulation in France (2010). Bio: Horeb Midjochedo Anthony holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in French and Francophone Studies from the University of Lagos, where he began his academic career before pursuing a PhD in Applied Linguistics at the University of Mississippi. His research spans Second Language Acquisition, Morphology, Corpus Linguistics, and Language Policy. Passionate about media, he has hosted and volunteered for French-language broadcasts across several platforms. Bio: Professor Gabriel O. Arishe teaches Constitutional and Comparative Constitutional Law at the University of Benin, Nigeria. A renowned scholar, he specializes in Constitutional Law, Legal Theory, and Legislative Studies, and has supervised multiple PhD students. He co-authors annual constitutional reviews for global publications and consults for international organizations and legislatures.
